Journaling

Weeds helps to lessen my anxiety.

And so does journaling!

I’ve been writing (and typing) my thoughts out for years. Both have a different pace, so I’ll chose one over the other depending on my mood.

Most mornings I’ll reach for a light-weight strain and hit it with the Dynavap (my analog vape), make a coffee and spend time with my notebook and if I’m lucky, a beautiful sunrise.

I’ll write my thoughts from first thing in the morning to get it out of my brain. It’s like… making the slate blank to be creative instead of reactive to what my nervous system want to do. 0.o

He’s one of my hero’s. I got that mug in NYC at NBC when he was still there.

I love NYC. I wish I could live there!
